Skin Quality
Mesotherapy is a medical treatment that consists of hyaluronic acid and vitamins infiltrated in the dermis, through microinjections, incorporating the necessary nutrients directly into the skin. This will improve the structure of the supporting connective tissue grafts of the skin where they are applied (face , neck and back of hands). Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive treatment that allows you to return to your social and professional life after the session.
In the facial mesotherapy we apply hyaluronic acid, vitamins and antioxidants via intradermal microinjections that regulate cell growth, stimulate natural collagen in the skin and help reduce sagging and slow oxidation as well as aging. It is an almost painless treatment lasting about 5-10 min depending on the number of grafts treated. The hydration of the dermis with mesotherapy produces the following effects:
- A marked improvement in hydration of the skin.
- An important skin rejuvenation is achieved.
- The skin acquires brightness, smoothness and uniformity.
- The face looks rested and rejuvenated.
- Reduces face and neck flaccidity .
- Allows the removal of small wrinkles on the face
It is ideal as a preventive facial maintenance treatment and as a passing-of-time preventive measure.
We recommend 3 to 4 sessions to achieve really effective results. The number of sessions is decided by the doctor based on the patient’s age, skin type, photo-damage suffered, sagging, wrinkle type and degree of aging. The results after a facial mesotherapy treatment are usually observed progressively, it is advisable to organise the sequence of treatments for prolonging the results over time. Since we add vitamins the effects thereof are associated: Vitamin C acts on collagen synthesis, inhibits free radical and local overproduction of melanin. Vitamin A acts on the density and elasticity of the skin by regulating the processes of cicatrisation and keratinisation. Vitamin B regulates the metabolism of fatty acids, ensuring the biological balance of the skin. Vitamin E inhibits the hydrogen peroxidase decreasing production of free radicals Are there risks in Facial Mesotherapy? It is a minimally invasive treatment and the risks are minimal. Occasionally small bruises or slight redness may appear. We recommend performing the treatment 4 or 5 days before any special event, to have a perfect face. Do not apply facial mesotherapy to pregnant women, infants, or persons with known allergies to any of the injectable compounds.
